Over a year ago, my husband & I decided we wanted to build a house. Linda explained what to expect, questions we should ask, asked what we were specifically wanting for a new build & what kind of builder we were looking for. She recommended builders that other clients had used & were happy with & ones that had good reviews. Linda went to all of our appointments to meet builders & helped us narrow it down. Once we decided on a builder, she came to our meetings to make sure all the paperwork & blueprint designs went smoothly. She really had our backs during the entire process start to finish. We would have been lost without her. She gave us so much advice & encouraged us when the building process fried our nerves a bit haha. She became a really great friend. She was always checking in on us. When it came time to sell our home, it was during the height of the pandemic & we were really nervous if we were going to be able to sell our house. Linda reassured is, really did her homework on the area, gave great advice on what to fix on the house, how to stage it, & had an amazing photographer/videographer come in. She went above & beyond any realtors we’ve had in the past. We sold our house in just a few days with multiple offers. We are now in our new construction home & Linda still checks in on us. She really is the best ?? & we’d highly recommend her!

I couldn’t have found anyone more professional and caring to find what I wanted and what was best for me.
Linda was very knowledgeable in many aspects of inspections, timing and how to deal with either to keep on a planned timeline.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Linda. She is very personable and great to work with. Our house was under contract within a day. She also helped us purchase a house. We had immediate responses to all our questions and she is very knowledgeable. We highly recommend her.

Linda has been excellent to work with. She’s helped me sell and buy 2 homes. Both experiences were extremely pleasant. Linda has excellent communication, expert knowledge, and helped me with whatever I needed throughout the process. You can tell she really cares about her customers! I not only consider Linda my realtor, but a friend as well.

We were so blessed to have her as our realtor . She was patient with us and took her time listening to us all the time . We couldn't find a house without her ! We bought our house with out seeing it. It was listed after we had come into town for a house hunting trip. She understood what we were looking for and had great insight on the houses. We obviously trusted her judgment on the largest purchase of our life. She was amazing to work with and has all the answers!!

Linda made the process of selling my home so easy! I've moved 9 times over the years, and this was by far the most effortless. Linda communicated every detail, responded quickly to any of my questions, and handled every detail with precision. As much as those things matter when selling a home, it was her calming, friendly personality that brought a high level of peace to a normally stressful situation. I would choose Linda again and again!

Linda was a delight to work with. She was forthright, honest, and worked hard to help us understand the market conditions, the value of our home and what others would be willing to pay. She communicated everything in a moment's notice and was available until late hours when needed. She represented our interests and worked hard to obtain the right value for the home we sold. She also recognized when realtors representing others were not being truthful or ethical. We highly recommend Linda Millhouse if you are buying or selling a home in South Dayton, especially in the Villages of Winding Creek and surrounding communities.

My wife and I had an exceptional house sale and purchase experience. Our realtor's knowledge, honesty and dedicated work yielded very satisfactory results. We were able to buy the house we wanted in a great location. In keeping with our best interests we were able to find a house in a neighborhood we loved. Her market analysis and presale prep sold our old home quickly. She was highly professional, perceptive and patient in working with us. Linda was awesome to work with and sold our house FAST. She kept the process simple and worked well around our schedules and preferences for showing times. She was super helpful in giving us guidance on staging our home for pictures and showings. Choosing a friend as your realtor could be a disaster, but not in our case! We chose Linda as our realtor in both the purchase of our dream home and the sale of our existing home. She was very careful to follow the laws of real estate, which we greatly appreciated. We were very pleased with her responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Linda was a great realtor for selling our home and buying our new home! For selling out home, she gave great advice for updates and changes needed. She uses a great photographer who provided beautiful photos and a video tour. Her price was spot on and we had a great offer within a week. Linda exceeded our expectations, she took the time to get to know us as a family and understand our situation which was critical in the timing of the home loan, house hunt and putting in an offer.
1. She respected our time and only showed us properties that met our requirements. 2. Being first-time home buyers she took the time to educate us on the process and made sure we understood each step. Linda was recommended by my sister, and what a good recommendation it was! Our selling and buying experience was a whirlwind of emotions. Major highs (getting more than we asked for after only 2 days on the market) and major lows (looking for the right house for many months). Regardless of the situation, Linda was there supporting us and encouraging us. She was very quick at returning calls, dropped what she was doing to go through houses with us, and explained each step of the process when we finally made the big purchase. My wife and I would certainly recommend Linda. She was an answer to prayer for us and a real blessing.

She listened to what we were looking for and got right to work. She was not pushy but firm in her convictions that we should investigate a property based on what we told her...even though the timing wasn't right for us. She was right and helped negotiate an offer that fight our needs as well as those of the sellers. Now we are in our dream home b/c of Linda!
I highly recommend Linda Millhouse for your buying or selling needs. She has great skills but is an even better person!
